How come I use GOM Audio and SI detects it as another GOM product and tells me I use an old version?

You should simply ignore this error. Try downloading the installation package for your product and update it to the latest version and SI will ignore it. This is just a simple error for apps that might share a registry or two and since they both have GOM in the description it's probably a detection error.
If you want, create an account on the SI website and visit the page of GOM Audio and GOM Player and submit the correct updates.
I've searched the web but didn't find anything about the Amazon Music Equalizer which could mean that you've misspelled the name of the software. Amazon Music works with a wide range of devices (portable and desktops) as well as Amazon's own devices, therefore the sound coming on speakers can be customized with the help of the other apps created for the platform you're using. For example, on Android, you can use other Equalizers to change the output sound for Amazon Music.
Is GOM usable both on Windows 10 computers and on the Android tablets and smartphones (non-rooted and rooted)? Compare to MediaMonkey, GOM is equal or better?

Yes, the software is not compatible multi-platform which means you can use it on Windows 10 and on the tablet equipped with Android operating system. While both applications are available for the operating systems mentioned above, only you can decide which one is better.
For Android versions, use the Play Store application to install them. For Windows, visit the websites listed below.
GOM Player features 3 modes based on the devices you want to use it with:
Normal Mode
High-quality mode
TV Output Mode
To switch between them, open the application then click the Preferences button and in the window that opens, click the Reset > Start Configuration Wizard. You can choose High Quality Mode after this procedure. See the image for more info.

The first thing to do before you activate a skin is to download it. You can use the Skins page provided by the developers of GOM Player to download the skins in GPS format.
Once you save a skin, double click it and GOM Player will install it automatically. To change the skin, press the Preferences button then go to General > Skin.

You can rotate videos in GOM Player, but before you can do that, you have to make sure that the latest version of the player has been installed on your computer. Firstly, download the latest version and update the current one installed on your computer, and then you can rotate the playing file by 90, 180, and 270 degrees using Ctrl] + [Shift] + [S] key combination.
I need the license key, email and password for GOM Player and GOM Encoder. Can you help?

As you can see on the official web page, GOM Player is free of charge and you will not need a license key in order to activate it. On the other hand, GOM Encoder seems to be discontinued and replaced by GOM Video Converter. You can use the new product free of charge if you download and install its trial version. If you want to purchase a license, you will need to pay around $34.95. Contact the developer for further information.
When I play downloaded movies, I can't hear the sound. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the application. Click the Sound tab, check your sound card model and navigate to the developer web page and download and install the latest drivers available. If it still doesn't work, try to open the file with other video player like VLC media player or BSPlayer. If it doesn't work, it means the file you want to play is corrupted. If it works, uninstall GOM Player and download and install the latest version from the official web page. Also, install the Combined Community Codec Pack.
There is no users manual for GOM player but it is well worth spending the time to explore its settings menus. GOM player has the most extensive sets of controls of any medial player I've used.
If you click on the GOM logo in the top left of the player and drop down the menu, you will find About GOM player and a URL for the Forum web site where users post information about using it.

My version Gom Media Player is last, because I see in Software Infromer version 2.1.10
